Eric Cross of Ft. Madison, Iowa, almost posts everyday to community forums on the Internet. He participates in the MS Newsgroups, Virtual Dr Forums, and Cyber Tech Help in networking. He does all of this on a volunteer basis and he loves helping people solve networking and other computer related topics.
